Q2. How can I sell ENJO products?
ENJO products can be sold in a number of ways:

• Group demonstration - this is usually the most efficient way because you can get future business("bookings") and sales from a group of people
• 1-2-1 / private appointment - you can offer a personal service
• Internet ordering - you can direct your customers to buy on-line and still benefit from healthy commission rates
• Orders over the telephone / by post - usually repeat orders

Q3. Does ENJO require me to hold stock?
No. There is no requirement to hold stock on hand, but you can choose to keep products to hand at your discretion

Q4. Are there any warranties on the products?
Yes. There is a 2 year warranty on all fibres against faulty workmanship and a 1 year warranty on all tools. In practice, fibres last 2-3 years and tools last for many years.p>

Q5. How much do I have to invest to start an ENJO business?
In 2009, we introduced a “Zero cost” entry option which means no investment AND you can earn your business starter kit, worth more than £500 for FREE! Email or call us for more information.

Q6. Are there a minimum sales quotas or targets?
No. ENJO is your business and you set your targets and goals. We will support you to achieve these. As a Consultant, you buy products from ENJO at a discount and re-sell them to your customers. You can think of the discount in the same way as a commission. The more products you purchase, the higher the discount.

Q7. Are there any 'new consultant' incentives to boost start my business?
Yes, you can earn two additional product packs worth over £200 in your first 6-weeks.

Q8. When do I get paid?
Immediately! No waiting around for commissions to be calculated. You effectively “pay yourself” the discount amount shown when an order is placed. I.e. The amount you are paid is the difference between what you owe for the products you order and what your customers have paid for the product.

Q9. What is the earning potential as a Consultant?
Your earnings are uncapped. Everyone needs to clean and ENJO saves you money! As a Consultant, you can buy ENJO products at discounts between 30 – 49% i.e. “effective commission” – email or call us for a chat!

Q10. What other “career” opportunities are offered?
ENJO has a simple, but effective management structure that allows talented and motivated individuals to build a bigger and more scalable business. This involves building, managing, coaching, training and leading Consultants, teams of Consultants, teams of Leaders and ultimately a Region / State.

Q11. What types of training are available to new Consultants?
Full training is provided as well as on-going support. ENJO has developed a unique 6-week programme to support new starters which has proven a real success.

Q12. Are there meetings, seminars, training sessions, conventions and such that one can attend?
Yes. ENJO hold seminars, training days, launches and customer-facing presentations all over the country and also an annual International meeting – in addition we have monthly/quarterly competitions and incentives for Consultants!

Q13. Is there an annual renewal fee?
No.

Q14. Who takes care of the tax?
As a Consultant, you are self-employed and therefore responsible for all applicable taxes.
